PharmArrow is a partnership between ToendersdeGroot BV (Folkert de Groot) and Fletiopharma Consultancy BV (Friso Langen), two specialists focused on market access of medicines in The Netherlands and Belgium, with over 40 years of combined experience.

PharmArrow offers clients access to the combination of Folkert’s and Friso’s individual skills and expertise. The arrow in PharmArrow serves as reference to both their passion for archeology and the direct and to-the-point approach they share in their professional work, always staying focused on the target.

Services market access
PharmArrow is able to offer the full scope of services that are needed in relation to a successful market access of medicines in The Netherlands and Belgium. It concerns both reimbursement and product launch. From strategic analyses at the start of the process, arranging the complete reimbursement process, to full project management and initial country management serving the product launch itself. PharmArrow has a network of trusted professionals providing regulatory, medical, legal, pharmaco-economic (modelling) and commercial support which we can rely on in providing the services for our clients.
PharmArrow offers services related to market access of all types of inpatient (lock and/or add-on) and outpatient (GVS) pharmaceutical products, including Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP’s), orphan medicinal products and other highly specialised technologies.

- Reimbursement dossier development, follow-up of procedures and communication with the Dutch National Health Care Institute (ZIN) and the Belgian RIZIV
- Managing specific (innovative) reimbursement processes and initiatives, e.g. parallel procedure, orphan drug arrangement, conditional reimbursement, joint assessment (BeNeLuxAI), lock procedure, Horizonscan
- Support add-on financing
- Managing Dutch pricing (administration/management of list prices (G-Standaard), reimbursement limits (1a/1b), cluster maximum prices, International Reference Pricing (WGP)
- Managing Belgian pricing (price request/price management FPS Economy)
